SALE OF HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE

& BREWING UTENSILS

At the beer-house in Salmon Street, Fishwick, near the big factory, 

known by the name of the "Anchor of Hope", Mr. H. SNAPE has

been instructed by Mr. Robert Roper, in consequence of giving up

beer-selling, to offer for SALE BY AUCTION on the 8th May 1861.

The whole of the BREWING UTENSILS, and surplus HOUSEHOLD 

FURNITURE, consisting of 25 half-load barrels, 3 quarter casks; one

two-load brewing boiler, as fixed, nearly new; large and small coolers; 

mash tub, and lecking off tub; hop, sieve and briggs; mash-tap; tun dish; 

brewing cans; and a load and a half of ale.

The furniture comprises a quantity of strong chairs, in good condition;
tables; glasses; and bar fixtures.
