Thomas Winckley and Seth Gorman,
plumber and glazier, all that messuage
or dwellinghouse situate and standing
at the top or eastern extremity of the
north side of the Back Wiend in Preston
aforesaid, used as a Public House and
now known by the sign of "THE STOCKING",
together with the barn adjoining thereto
(now used as a carrier's warehouse)......
now in the possession of Edward Dewhurst
