LOT 9 ALL that well-accustomed INN or PUBLIC-
HOUSE, known by the name of the "Maudland Bank
Inn," situate in Maudland Bank, Preston, in the
occupation of Mr. Richard Hoole.
The house has an excellent club-room, with brewhouse
and necessary outbuildings; is freehold of inheritance,
subject to an annual ground rent of £11. 13s 4d; is let
to the present tenant for a term of 5 years, commencing
the 1st day of May, last.

Begs to thank his friends for the patronage hitherto
conferred upon him, and to inform them that he has
REMOVED from No 18 Spring Street, to the BEER-
HOUSE, No. 17 Maudland Bank, (the MAUDLAND
BANK INN) where, in addition to the retail of family
Beer and Porter trade, he intends to continue the
Watch and Clock business as usual, and where he
requests a continuance of the favours of his friends.
