"NEW FLEECE INN," in Meadow Street, Preston,
with the Four-stalled Stable, Brewhouse, and Cottage
adjoining, and now in the occupation of Thomas
Howarth and Peter Cooper respectively.
The above Presmises are well-built, and not far
distant from the terminus of the Preston and
Longridge Railway, and are in every respect,
adapted for carrying on an extensive business.
Ground Rent £5. 13s, 2d payable to S.P. SHAWE.
