under the Will of Robert Preston,
deceased.
At the house of Mr. John FOWLER, the Coach and Horses,
in Preston, by Mr. T. Threlfall, on 30th October.
ALL that valuable INN or PUBLIC HOUSE, called the
"COACH AND HORSES," situate on the north side of
North Road, together with the Brewhouse, Stable, Yard and
outbuildings behind the same, in possession of the said J. Fowler.
Together with all that Plot of Land, used as a Bowling Green,
situate next behind the said INN, communicating with Park Road
