Sale on 16th April 1891

ALL that Valuable Freehold PLOT OF LAND, at the
corner of Ribbleton Lane and Geoffrey Street, Preston,
containing in whole, 259 superficial square yards of land
or thereabouts, together with the old, well-established
Inn or Beerhouse called the "DERBY INN," with the
Brewhouse and other buildings thereon erected, and now
in the occupation of the Misses Woodruff.

The premises (which are in good repair and condition)
occupy an excellent situation for business purposes, and
offer a valuable security for a trading investment.

The "Derby Inn" is a well-known house, and is doing
a large business.

The premises will be sold subject to the grantees 
covenants contained in an Indenture of the 8th
February 1864, made between the Right Hon. Edward Geoffrey,
the then Earl of Derby on the one part, and James Patterson 
of the other part.
