RALPH DEWHURST, landlord of the DRUM AND MONKEY, 
or SOUTHGATE TAVERN, who was summoned for allowing
 persons to play dominoes for a gallon of beer.

When told by the policeman that he was to be reported,
Dewhurst replied "WHAT ELSE MUST THEY PLAY FOR?"
