In the above paper there was a notice regarding applications

for licences. Among them was one from James Breakell (who also

owned the property) in the name of "BLACK FLEET."

I believe that it is synonymous with the "Sir Charles Napier"

at 7 Edgar Street, which was owned by  James Breakell.
