Street, Preston, on the 30th May 1839.

LOT 2    All those three messuages or DWELLING-HOUSES,
stuate in Nile Street, Preston, one of which is occupied as a
Retail Brewery, and known by the sign of the "FREEMASONS'
TAVERN," together with the Brewhouse, Outbuildings, and 
Yards behind the same dwelling-houses, and now in the 
occupation of Thomas Greenwood and others.
