##  Christopher Cronshaw  d. 13.1.1843, aged 57 years, "For many years of the TURK'S HEAD INN" in this town.
pers. comm.  The "Turk's Head Bar" was interconnecting with the Grey Horse / Addisons, for many years in the second half of the 20th century at least, and may have been for much longer. It stood at the rear of Addisons, and could be entered by a separate door down Turk's Head Court, which can be seen on the extreme right of the top picture, above.
