I don't know which 'Ship Inn' is referred to here, so I've posted it
here so that it doesn't get lost. Any help would be useful.

STEALING GLASSES: Mary Garity, a woman of bad character, was charged with stealing three drinking glasses, on Monday, from the Ship Inn, Fylde Road. From the evidence for the prosecution, it appeared that the prisoner went into the house for a glass of ale, and in the absence of the persons belonging the place, she secreted the glasses, went out of the house, and sold them to Mr. Hoole, pawnbroker, North Road, where they were afterwards found. She was committed to prison for three months, with hard labour.
