ReplyDeleteHi folks,
ReplyDeleteEdgar Walsh was my Great grandfather. Duckett, Crawshaw, Horsfall all family. The Palatine was in our family 1861 - 1925
Thanks for that Simon. I'm extremely interested in pubs that have had continuous occupancy like this. Is there a chance of you explaining how the families are linked, particularly beginning with the husband of Mrs Duckett, and presumably when he took over at the Palatine. Write to me please on srh.steve@aol.co.uk Cheers
