ALE, and PORTER VAULTS, called the "STEVENSON'S ARMS"
adjoining the North Union Railway Station in Butler Street, Preston,
in the occupation of William Holiday, together with the Plot of Land
behind, extending to the Railway Tunnel, and the building thereon,
formerly used as a School, containing in all 221 sq. yards or thereabouts.

Preston, late on the night of Sunday 6th October,
last, (the Sunday night after the opening of the
Town Hall, Preston) for, and obtained a cup of
water for a woman, who he said had broken her leg 
there, will call upon or forward his name and address
immedately to Mr. Cartmel, the L. & Y. Railway 
Company's Station Master at Preston, or to
Messrs. T.A. and J. GRUNDY, & Co., the Company's
Solicitors, 104 King Street, Manchester, he will be
rewarded.
