BEERHOUSE TO LET
TO BE LET - and entered upon immediately, the
"GREENBANK TAVERN," Adelphi Street, now
in the occupation of William Hankinson.
For particulars apply to Mr. William Haedwick,
Maltster, Lark Hill Kilns, Preston
Preston Chronicle 4th November 1854.
This is quite a strange advert, and difficult to imagine

Hawkins' Arms in 1853. Perhaps I'll discover the
truth at some point.

Taken from PNE Football Records Magazine up to the 1906 - 07 Season.
The advert relates to the year 1907.
