aged 54 in 1834 so I suppose he may have been the previous landlord?

The Creditors who have executed the Deed of Assignment of
JOSEPH SHERLIKER,  of Preston, Retail Brewer, may
receive a First Dividend on application to Mr. JOHN ARMSTRONG,
Solicitor, 2 Chapel Walks, Preston, on or after the 8th day of July.

NOTICE
All persons who stand indebted to the said Joseph Sherliker, 
are requested to pay the amount of their respective Debts to
