hamlet of Ashton-on-Ribble, on 4. 4. 1861.

LANE ENDS HOTEL, ASHTON-UPON-RIBBLE

TO BE LET BY TENDER, on lease for a term of
five or seven years, all that desirable HOTEL, 
called the "Lane Ends Hotel," with the Bowling
Green, Stables, Coach-house, Shippon for about 
FIFTY cows, Brewhouse, Piggeries, and other
Buildings, situate in Ashton-upon-Ribble, on the
westerly side of the highway leading from Preston 
to Woodplumpton, and at the north corner of the
highroad leading to Ashton Church.

The taker or lessee will be required to take at a 
valuation, to be made in the usual way, the whole
of the Stock-in-trade, with the Boiler, Brewing-
plant, gas pendants and brackets, the property 
of the tenant, as well as the furniture and other
household effects upon the premises.
